Octopus Hotel seeking Office Manager.

The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

SCOPE

The Office Manager is responsible for providing office management services to the Al Adawy Group’s Hotel Resorts, Octopus Hotel. This includes maintaining office services and efficiently maintaining office records, marketing and promoting the business of the resorts.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain office services

Main Activities:

• Organize office operations and procedures
• Deal with all incoming enquiries and reservations for the hotels, liaising with all other hotel staff
• Ensure all customer requests and enquiries are processed in a timely and professional manner
• Keep up to date all files relating to the hotel/business
• Keep up to date all files relating to hotel room information
• Actively promote all excursions, diving and other hotel facilities



3. Implement and maintain office records

Main Activities:

• Build and maintain a database for the Octopus Hotel.
• Proactively promote the businesses through internet marketing
• Place website on all potential sites together with any offers for hotel businesses
• Research any other potential marketing opportunities to promote the businesses

4. Perform any other related duties as and when required.

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
• knowledge of office administration
• ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
